随着"健康西藏"建设工程的推进,西藏自治区党委政府更加注重居民的健康促进工作,居民的健康需求也正被逐步释放。基于西藏拉萨等六地市的实地调查数据,运用回归分析等方法,从主观、客观两个方面对西藏居民健康状况的影响因素进行实证分析。研究发现:居民的年龄、文化程度、医疗保健支出、近两周内患病情况(自报)对居民健康状况具有显著负效应;相较于主观因素,客观因素对居民健康状况的影响效应更大。政府可通过完善老龄人群健康政策,推广普及"大健康"理念,引导民众积极面对健康疾病问题,优化医疗资源配置等手段,提升区域整体健康水平,推动"健康西藏"建设。

In pace with the development of "Healthy Tibet",the Tibet Party Committee and government has been laying more emphasis on the improvement of residents' health condition in order to meet the increasing health demand of Tibetan residents. Through regression analysis and other analytical methods,this research accomplishes an empirical analysis of Tibetan residents' health condition and it's affecting factors from both subjective and objective perspectives. It is shown in this research that age,level of education,expenditure on medical care,prevalence situation in latest two weeks of Tibetan residents have negative effect on their health condition,and compared with the subjective affecting factors,the objective factors play more important roles. Therefore,the government can strengthen the health level of the whole region and the development of "Healthy Tibet" by perfecting the policy on aging population's medical care,popularizing the notion of "General Health",instructing residents to be more positive about their medical care,optimizing the resources allocation,and etc.
