《西藏研究》汉文版

为全面了解当前西藏地区图书馆事业建设水平,选取西藏地区具有代表性的公共图书馆、高校图书馆作为调查对象,对西藏地区图书馆的基础设施、文献资源、读者服务、图书馆管理、人员结构、数字化建设等进行了调研与访谈。相较内地,西藏地区图书馆事业发展整体水平较低,尤其在公共文化服务效能、阅读意识、人员、数字化等方面存在不足,针对以上问题,我们应该统筹规划、协调发展,走联合发展之路,加强信息资源共建与共享等旨在加快西藏图书馆事业发展的措施,这将对西藏公共服务质量和均等化水平的提升、西藏文化的传承与保护以及社会和谐发展具有重要意义。

In order to fully understand the current level of library construction in Tibet,the study has selected public libraries and university libraries as the object of investigation,and has provided infrastructure,literature resources,reader services,and libraries for libraries in Tibet,and management,personnel structure,and digital construction were investigated and interviewed. Compared with the areas in mainland,the overall level of development of library undertakings in Tibet is relatively low,especially in the areas of public cultural service effectiveness,reading awareness,personnel,and digitization. In response to the above issues,comprehensive planning,coordinated development,and joint development are proposed to enhance the co-construction and sharing of information resources in order to accelerate the development of Tibetan library undertakings,and the study will be of great significance to the improvement of public service quality and equalization,the inheritance and protection of Tibetan culture,and the harmonious development of society in Tibet.
