任何一种语言都不可能是完全封闭的,世上没有不借用外来词的"纯粹而又纯粹"的语言。藏语拉萨口语中最常见的即有从汉语、梵语、印度语、英语、尼泊尔语和个别其他语言的外来词。藏语中吸收外来词的方式大致有以下几种:音译、意译、音译加意译、直接借用。

Any kind of language is not totally sealed off and there is not a "pure and sole"language in which no loanwords used in the world. The most commonly seen loanwords in the Tibetan Lhasa dialect are Chinese,Sanskrit,Indian,English and Nepalese and a few loanwords from other languages. The method of using loanword in Tibetan language mainly features: transliteration,paraphrase,combination of transliteration and paraphrase,and direct use of loanword.
