实施乡村振兴战略对藏东南地区来说具有非常重要的现实意义，既能更好地践行党的初心和使命，增强边境地区守土固边的能力，也能有力地促进西藏经济社会协调发展。藏东南地区要以习近平总书记关于西藏工作的重要指示为指引，发展特色产业，用好国家优惠政策，传承民族优秀传统文化，增加群众收入，提高乡村治理能力，实现建成平安乡村的目标。

It is of great practical significance for implementing Rural Vitalization strategy in southeast area of Tibet Autonomous Region(TAR). In this way,it can not only better fulfill the original aspiration and the mission of the CPC,strengthen the ability to defend the territory and consolidate the border areas,but also effectively promote the coordinated development of Tibet' s economy and society. With the principles of Tibetan works that put forward by Xi Jinping,southeast area of TAR must develop its industries with special characteristics under the preferential policies,inherit the excellent ethnic traditional culture,increase the residents' income,improve rural governance capability and reach the goal of building modern and safe rural area in southeast TAR.
