This paper discusses Rdo sbis dge bshes Shes rab rgya mtsho's( 1884-1968) activities that including his basic education,tour to Tibet,the hardship occurred in the road,devoting to Buddhism,the view of serving the country,and the systematic discussion on the teachings of Tsong kha pa based on his work,the brief biography of Tsong kha pa,and the seventeen verses( rje tsong kha pa rnam thar mdor bsdus tshigs bcad bcu bdun pa). It also attempts to clarify the aspect of patriotic and revere of religion in the tradition of Tibetan Buddhism.
